An Arcadian Explanation of the "Stimulus Plan".....

An open minded synopsis of da “Stimulus Package” frum da loneliest place en da world…...Bayou Self, Louisiana.

It’s a slow day on da bayou. Da streets, dem are desert’d.

Tings are tuff. All da people, dey are en debt en livin’ on dat credit.

One of dem “loss” tourist drives thru da town. Den dat tourist, he stop at da motel. He lays one of dem $100 bill on Boudreaux’s desk en sayz he wants ta inspect da rooms upstair ta pick one of dem fa da night. Boudreaux tell dat tourist, take ya time my frien.

As soon as da tourist walk up dat stair, Boudreaux grab dat $100 bill en run nexx door ta pay Broussard at da fish dock.

Den Broussard runs frum da fish dock en takes dat $100 en run down da street ta pay Alphonse da shrimper.

Alphonse takes dat $100 en runs down da street to pay his couzan, Alphonse at dat shrimp boat supply house call’d da Net Shop.

Alphonse leaves da Net Shop, takes dat $100 en runs down da bayou ta pay dat bill at da local prostitute, Shu Shu, who’s facin’ hard times en got ta offer dem  "services" on sum of dat credit.

Shu Shu rushes ta da hotel en pays Boudreaux witt dat $100 ta pay her bill for dat room.

Boudreaux den puts dat $100 bill back on da counter so dat tourist don’t suspect anything.

At dat moment da tourist come down dem stair, en says dem room, dey not fit ta sleep in, den picks up dat $100 bill en leaves.

Boudreaux tell dat tourist “Come back soon my frien”.

Hugh!

No body produce nutten….

No body earn’d nutten....

But, da whole town is now out of debt en everybody looks ta da future witt more of dem optimism.
